Request deletion of your GainsLog data

This page exists for Google Play and App Store compliance. From here you can request deletion of every record we store for your GainsLog account—profile details, billing state, and subscription entitlements. Deletion is irreversible.

Important

Before you submit a deletion request, open the GainsLog app on each device, let any pending syncs finish, then delete the app so its offline cache is removed. Otherwise, reinstalling later could push that cached data back to our servers even after we wipe your account.

If you can't sign in

Email ossianhempel@gmail.com from the address tied to your GainsLog account. Include:

  • Your Clerk or GainsLog username (if known).
  • The platform where you subscribed (Apple, Google, or web).
  • Optional screenshots that confirm ownership if you lost access to email.

We will confirm deletion within 7 days. Store purchases must still be canceled via the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges.

Sign in to request deletion

You need to be signed in with the GainsLog account whose data you want to erase. This lets us confirm ownership before processing the deletion request.
